- Return Window: Notify us within 2 days of delivery and return the product within 30 days (customer responsible for return shipping cost).
- Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, submit a return request and we’ll provide the return address.
Return Conditions:
- Original condition, free of damage or tampering.
- Securely packaged to prevent transit damage.
- Clear and complete return address & details on the package.
Upon Return:
- We’ll inspect the product and offer a replacement or refund (we cover replacement shipping).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Tampered products.
- Used, washed, or altered products.
- Products with slight variations in design, color, or pattern (inherent to handcrafted items).

Order Cancellation:
- To cancel an order, email info@thedecoindia.com
- Cancellations are only possible before shipment.
- We’ll issue a full refund for prepaid orders not yet shipped.
- Shipped orders cannot be refunded and become subject to our return policy.

Refund Conditions:
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
- Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
- Upon the return of a product (if the customer notifies us within 2 days of product delivery), we will fully examine it and notify the customer via email of their right to a refund (if applicable) within a reasonable period. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible, and the amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 5-7 working days. In any case, the refund will be completed within 30 working days from the date we confirm via email that the customer is entitled to a refund.

Due to our commitment to supporting rural artisans, most Deco products are not eligible for return. These unique, handcrafted pieces may have slight variations in color compared to the online catalog images. We kindly ask for your understanding and appreciation of the artisan’s work and the time invested in creating each item.
